He is survived by: his son Nicholas Prebula (Vickie); his grandsons, Douglas Prebula and Mikey Prebula of Mulvane, KS; and his siblings, Mary Prebula of Atlanta, GA and George Prebula (Pamela) of Hillsborough, NC.
