We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2021, at the age of 85, James P. Hoffman in Mulvane, Kansas, born in Flasher, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Pfau); his wife Dorothy; his parents-in-law, Theodore and Ella Haring; and his siblings, Roberta Jochim, Judy Hoff and Edwin Hoffman.
He is survived by: his friend Jeanie Kraft (Schafer); his children, Mark (Sharon) of Derby, KS, Lynda (Jim Cooper) of Grant, NE, Donna Rodriguez (Joe) of Wellington, CO and Julie Elliott (Michael) of Lenexa, KS; his grandchildren, Mari Hoffman, Emily Rodriguez, Madeline Hoffman, Christopher Rodriguez, Brady Hoffman and Sara Barnes (Justin); and his great grandchild Corrinne Barnes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many good friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks you consider a donation in his name to North Platte Catholic Schools Endowment Fund or the Knights of Columbus.
