He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Leach and Eula Leach; and his brother Mack Leach. He is survived by: his wife Shelda; his sons, Grant Leach (Sherry) and Dallas Leach; his sister Alma Lewis; and his grandchildren, Jayson, Benjamin and Kinley.
