He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne W. Duncan and Lorene H. Duncan (Wadsack); and his brother Michael W. Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Duncan; his children, Michael J. Duncan, Heather L. Duncan-Williams and Ronnie B. Duncan; and his sister Sharon L. Duncan-Jordan. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild; two step grandchildren.
