He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Allen (Pat) and Melba Schutkesting (Ron); and his siblings, Steve Allen, Geraldine Patrick and Teresa Raley.

He is survived by: his wife Candy Allen; his children, Amanda Allen, Alexis Allen, Dalton Allen and Blake Allen; his grandchildren, Emma Allen, Logan Whitaker and Joe Allen; and his siblings, JoAnn Dodson (Rex) of Rogers, AR, Jackie Kirby (Kevin) of Grove, OK, Rena McCaslin (Kenny) of Winfield, KS, Teresa Byers (Mitch) of Wichita, Mark Allen (Debbie) of Zenda, KS and Jeffery Fowler (Melody) of Grove, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society.
