She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nordquist and Lottie Nordquist; her son Mark Boutz; and her brother William Pickard. She is survived by: her husband Glen; her sons, David Boutz (Sandy) of Wichita, Duane Boutz of Udall and Mitchell Boutz of Mulvane; her grandsons, Eric Boutz (Alice) of Bel Aire and Evan Boutz of Wichita; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin and August.

Memorials may be made to the Mulvane United Methodist Church.
