He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Howard and Elsie Lynch Howard; his spouse Dixie Ann Shores; and his son Kenny Howard. He is survived by: his son Mike Howard (Brenda) of Mulberry. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
