He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perkins and Grace Perkins (Wehr). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Lawrence Perkins (Dedra), William Perkins (Kim), Ronald Perkins (Rebecca) and Darla Stussy (Perry); and his sister Darlene Davis. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and one on the way, 2 great-great grandchildren.
