He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Puckett and Hazel Puckett (Brooks); his great grandchild Carlee; and his siblings, Blaine Puckett and Jerrine Puckett.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry A. Puckett, Jr. (Sandra) of Whitewater, Rick Puckett (Deanna) of Newton and Tony Puckett of Kingwood, TX; his grandchildren, Brandon Puckett, Janie Becker (Danny), Shelby Schroeder (Tyler), Bailey Puckett, Sophie Puckett, Scout Puckett and Drew Puckett; and his great grandchildren, Conner, Makenzie, Rylee, Makilynn, Keaton, Ryker, Ripley, Jonathan, Levi and Brayden.
Memorial contributions in Jerry's name may be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
