He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe H. Blaylock and Leanna M. Blaylock (Porter); his sister-in-law Sandy Blaylock; and his uncle Jimmy Porter. He is survived by: his wife Donna Blaylock of Moundridge; his children, Ron Blaylock (Whitney) of Moundridge and Nicole Murphy (Michael) of Wichita; his grandchildren, Aaron Blaylock (KaSarah), Steven Blaylock (Olivia), Jordin Smith (Matraca), Haley Smith (Derek Carlson), Devin Williams (Makayla), Justin Smith (Jasmine), Kyler Blaylock (Jacob Burkett) and Nate Martens; and his siblings, Joann Corder (Bob) of Moundridge, Dennis Blaylock (Diane) of Newton, Kenneth Blaylock of Yale, OK and Tim Blaylock (Melissa) of Moundridge. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
