With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard Giesel of Moundridge, Kansas, born in Goessel, Kansas, who passed away on June 24, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Giesel and Mary Giesel (Becker); his wife Wilma Ensz; and his siblings, Lee, Stan Giesel and Betty Martens.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Giesel (Jane) of Hesston, Dawn Dyck (Leroy) of Hesston, Tony Giesel (Sharon) of Hesston and Melody Wiggers (Mark) of Newton; his sister Arlene Koehn (Willis) of Moundridge; and his niece Lorie Friesen of Moundridge. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
