With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Johnson of Moundridge, Kansas, who passed away on June 11, 2021 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank H. Wenger and Anna Wenger (Dyck); her husband Orval Johnson; her stepmother Mary Wenger; and her children, Arlo, Roger Johnson and Mavis Koehn.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Johnson (Hazel) of Demopolis, AL, Frank Johnson of Faunsdale, AL, Anna "Annie" Johnson (Johnnie) of Arthur, IL, Janet Zismann of Macon, MS and Christine Goering (Kirby) of Moundridge; her daughters-in-law, Marilyn Johnson and Carol Johnson of Macon, MS; and her siblings, Maynard Peters (Vera) of Stapleton, GA, John Wenger (Kathleen) of Walnut Hill, FL, Glen Wenger (Kay) of Faunsdale, AL, Edith Koehn of Montezuma, Verna Schmidt of Macon, MS, Vesta Peters (Verle) of Walnut Hill, FL, Mary Ann Nikkel (Jay) of Arthur, IL and Martha Koehn (Allen) of Moundridge. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 89 great-grandchildren; 39 great-great-grandchildren.
