She is survived by: her sons, Chad Colgin (Stephanie) and Kenny Colgin (Jamie); and her siblings, Dan Ottley (Cheri), Sharon Burnett (David), David Ottley (Andrea), Victoria, Julie Kocour (Mike) and Barbara Hughes (Jason).
