It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Edward Phelps of Moundridge, Kansas, born in Lyons, New York, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Phelps and Marion Phelps (Hutchinson); and his son Luke. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Phelps of Moundridge; his daughters, Nichole Miller (Adam) of Hesston and Rebecka Phelps of Moundridge; his granddaughter Eisley Miller of Hesston; and his brothers, David Phelps (Lynda) of Syracuse and Timothy Phelps of Newark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
