It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Goering of Moundridge, Kansas, born in Newton, Kansas, who passed away on July 20, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry R. Neufeld and Anna Neufeld (Hiebert); her husband Leland R. Goering; and her siblings, Rudolph Neufeld, Alvin Neufeld, Menno Neufeld, Clara Voth (Alfred), Viola Trost (Harold) and Edith Flickinger (Floyd).
She is survived by: her son Richard Goering (Amy); and her granddaughters, DeAnna Goering of Pittsburg, KS and Kimberly Goering of Albuquerque, NM..
