It is with great sadness that we announce the death of LeeRoy Schmidt of Moundridge, Kansas, born in Cimarron, Kansas, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Schmidt and Nightingale; and his siblings, Ben, Jane, Fred, Mabel, Jake, Lorena and Eveyln.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Schmidt (Kathy Austin) of Paris, TX, Randy Schmidt (Adella) of Ringwood, OK, Brad Schmidt of Cookson, OK and Kelly Schmidt (Tracy) of Ames, OK; and his brother Lincoln Schmidt of Bloomfield, IA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
