He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis H. Blaylock and Pearl Lee Blaylock (Rogers); his former wife Leanna May Porter; his siblings, Dixie Coffey, Jim and Doyle Blaylock; and his grandson Daniel Blaylock.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Mae Stucky of Moundridge; his children, Jo Corder (Robert) of Moundridge, Willis Blaylock (Donna) of Moundridge, Kenneth Blaylock (Sandra) of Yale, Dennis Blaylock (Diane) of Newton, Timothy Blaylock (Mellisa) of Moundridge and Mark Stucky (Lisa) of Portland, Michigan; and his brother Billy Blaylock of McCurtain, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren.
