It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Vance (Moundridge, Kansas), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 2, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Sales (Burch) and Hamer Vance Sales; his stepmother Ollie May Corbitt Sales; his former wife Marilyn Sales; his wife Martha Kaufman; his son Kurtis Sales; his siblings, Omega "Mick" Alford, Gertrude Heckard, Janet Sales, Ralph Sales and Bill Archer; and his daughter-in-law Jeanene Jennings Sales.
He is survived by: his son Kevin Sales (Brenda) of McPherson; his grandsons, Brandon Sales of McPherson, Bryan Sales of McPherson, Gene Wilson (Lindsay) of McPherson and Jeff Wilson (Sara) of McPherson; his great grandchildren, Kelsey Wilson of Shawnee, Hannah Wilson of McPherson, Emma Wilson of McPherson, Drew Wilson of McPherson and Riley Gard of McPherson; his sister Carolyn Herren (Jay); his stepdaughters, Ginny Sprague (Paul) of McPherson and Mary Heath (Steve) of Dighton; his stepgranddaughters, Christy Tate (Jeff) of Madison, AL, Tracey Pitman (Joe) of Oklahoma City and Elizabeth Heath; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Logan Tate, Harlan and Hiett Pitman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
