He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kaufman and Helen Kaufman (Graber); his son Tony D. Kaufman; his wife Helen Kaufman; his grandson Tyler B. Kaufman; and his siblings, Merlin D. Kaufman (Verlene), Ralph D. Kaufman (Ruth), Verna Goering (Virgil) and Neva Schrag (Elvin).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jeremy B. Kaufman (Morgan) of North Newton, Trevor B Kaufman (Katelyn) of Wichita and Shana K. Tilman (Adam) of Broken Arrow, OK; his daughter-in-law Kathy Kaufman Chouinard of Newton; and his great grandchildren, Josie Kaufman, Maggie Kaufman, Maisie Kaufman, Hazel Kaufman, Easton Tilman and Dailee Tilman.
