She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob J. Unruh and Lena Unruh (Unruh); and her husband Arthur Henry "Art" Koehn. She is survived by: her children, Darryl Koehn (Linda) of Madrid, NE, David Koehn (Virginia) of Texhoma, TX, Ed Koehn (Nadine) of Halstead, KS, Doris Boehs (Emery) of Leland, MS and Lena Wenger (Merle) of Newton, KS; and her sisters, Zella Unruh of Halstead, KS, LaJean Becker (Allen) of Halstead, KS and Mae Unruh of Halstead, KS. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and 63 great-grandchildren.
