She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Unruh and Phoebe Unruh (Leatherman); her husband Allan Dale Leatherman; her grandsons, Terrin Barnard and Gage Hardtarfer; her brother Roger; and her sister-in-law Kathy Leatherman.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Buerge of McPherson, Teresa Barnard (Todd) of Wauneta, NE, Angela Sowers (Jason) of Oakley, Paula Burlew (Jon) of Sommerset, KY, Kendra Johnston (Mike) of Inman, Rosanna White of McPherson, Sara Hardtarfer (Mark) of Newton and Troy Leatherman of Hutchinson; and her siblings, Margaret Schmidt (Harley) of Benton, Leonard Unruh (Joanne) of Colby and Mark Unruh (Faye) of Wittman, AZ.. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moundridge Funeral Home (115 Cole St, Moundridge, KS 67107). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lone Tree Church of God in Christ (758 23rd Ave, Galva, KS 67443).
