She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Jantz and Carrie Jantz (Unruh); her husband Virgil Koehn; her son Wesley Koehn; and her sister Velma Jantz.

She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Nightingale (James) and Carl Koehn (Dolores); and her daughter-in-law Alice Koehn. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
