She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry P. Unruh and Anna Unruh (Koehn); and her siblings, Clayton, Glenn, Milford, Wilmer, Howard Unruh, Sadie Becker and Bernice Ratzlaff.
She is survived by: her spouse Dale D. Koehn; her children, Keith Koehn (Jeanette) of Fruitland, Kelly Koehn (Karleen) of Galva, Roger Koehn (Audrey) of Galva, Kendall Koehn (Dana) of Hazelton, Idaho, Diane Becker (Gary) of Galva, Cheryl Koehn (Rodger) of Lakin and Gayla Koehn (Jason) of Galva; her sisters, Verbie Koehn (Norman) of Moundridge and Irene Schaffer (Melvin) of Barron, Wisconsin; and her sister-in-law Rosalie Unruh of Minerva, Ohio.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
