He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schwartz and Christina M. Schwartz (Kuhn); his siblings, Betty Szmyd and John Schwartz; and his granddaughter Kodi Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Julie E. Martin (Mahurin); his children, Donald Martin (Julie) of Chandler, AZ, Keta Schwartz of Yukon, OK, Richard Martin (Hayley) of Wenatchee, WA and Carol Black of Hutchinson; and his siblings, Tom Schwartz (Pat) of Wichita and Theresa Murray of Kingman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
