She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin L. Koehn and Hilda Koehn (Unruh); her sister LaDeen Ratzlaff; and her brother-in-law Robert Moffett. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Voth of Moundridge; her children, Craig Voth (Kelly) of Moundridge and Michele Janzen (John) of Hesston; her grandchildren, Nick Janzen-Pankratz (Whitney) of Greeley, CO, Megan Green (Russ) of Andover, Ryan Voth (Taylor) of Moundridge and Ben Janzen of Denver, CO; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Green, Theo Janzen, Malachi Green and Zack Janzen; and her sister Arlene Moffett of Peabody. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
