It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Anne Schmidt of Moundridge, Kansas, born in Benson, Arizona, who passed away on August 23, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dickey and Wilda Dickey (Plough); her husband Larry A. Schmidt; and her son Travis J. Schmidt. She is survived by: her children, Craig Schmidt (Kindra) of Moundridge and Mica Tomlinson (Bill) of Haysville; her daughter-in-law Kristi Porter of Moundridge; her son Mike Richert (Stacy) of Newton; her grandchildren, Kadie Carrell, Patrick Tomlinson, Sean Tomlinson, Thomas, Andrew and Gavin Porter; and her brother John Dickey (Fran Crowley-Dickey) of Houston, TX.
