She was predeceased by: her parents, Obed Johnson and Esther Johnson; and her siblings, Eleanor Unruh, Theda Becker and Errol Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd Koehn; and her children, Randall (Darlene), Timothy (Debra) of Galva, Jeffery El Campo (Rhonda) and LeAnn (Eugene Dueck). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
