With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Taylor of Mound Valley, Kansas, born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on June 9, 2023 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Peters and Shirley Bowker Taylor; and his grandparents, Lavonne Peters, William and Emily Bowker.

He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his children, Meredith and Tristan of Mound Valley; his parents-in-law, Ronnie and Jeanne Fiscus of Mound Valley; his siblings, Betty McMurray Christy (Jason), Bruce of Chanute, Chris Taylor Cayden (Stefanie), Emily and Bradly of Chanute; and his brother-in-law Josh Fiscus Jaya (Jessica). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and to support their current enrollments, an educational memorial fund has been established and contributions can be made to William Taylor's children Education Fund and may be sent in care of Bath-Forbes-Hoffman Funeral Home, PO Box 374, Parsons, KS 67357.
