Middleton (Terri) of Carthage, MO; his grandchildren, Josh Middleton, Tony Middleton, Ezekiel Ramirez, Azariah Ramirez and Kloee Stuckey; his great grandchildren, Mya and Mason Middleton; and his siblings, Charles Middleton of Parsons, John Middleton, David Middleton and Irene Fender. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
