He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kiah Johnson; his children, Tim Johnson of Mound Valley, Christy Eldredge (Zack) of Hutchinson, Sue Junken of Joplin, Sonya Johnson of Monkey Island, Holli Johnson of Trion, Georgia, Lori Moser (Mark) of Topeka, Kellee Doyle (Danny) of Lakeside, Bridget Ford (Bill Birdsell) of Bernice, Robert Kiah of Melba and Twenty; his grandchild Twenty; and his siblings, Donald Johnson of Mound Valley, Peggy Minor of Oswego and Jane Swank of Bartlesville. He is also survived by Twenty-two great-grandchildren.
