It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Proctor (Mound Valley, Kansas), born in Commerce, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe D. Proctor; her parents, Harvey Allen Morton and Norma Agnes Taylor Morton; and her siblings, Eloise Kitto, Thelma Shirley, Norma Jean Nunn, Claude Morton, Beverly Morton and Ray Morton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jolene Harper (Harper) of Richardson and Connie Abbott (Abbott) of Slingerlands; her granddaughters, Micki Wright (Bob) of Garland, Texas, Teri Harper (David) of Dallas, Texas, Staci Smith (Russell) of Aledo, Texas, Karen Moorby (Allen) of Delmar and Kathy Velasco (Ray) of Amsterdam; and her great grandchildren, Victoria, Abigail Wright, Samantha Smith, Andrew Velasco and Jack Moorby. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
