He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue; his children, Gary Johnson of McCune, Kevin Johnson of McCune, Jennifer Bugner (Daryl) of Andale and Jessica Cosby (David) of Mound Valley, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Victoria Doeshal (Aaron), Trevor Johnson (Kylee), Brianne Johnson, Ryan Bugner (Whitney), Tyler Bugner (Chrystine), Taylor Bugner, MaCray Doll (Jared) and Jenna Sioux Lira (Jose); and his sisters, Jane Swank of Bartlesville, Peggy Minor of Bois and Numerous.
