He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Ybarra and Carmen Ybarra (Leon); his son Kyle Tomey; and his sister Mona Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ybarra; his daughters, Ashlea Alloway (Gary) of Parsons and Angela Tomey of Austin; his grandchildren, Tarryn, Gabriel, Ava, Brady, Khylar, Ella and Ivy; his great grandchildren, Eloise, Jude and Jonah; and his siblings, Joe Ybarra (Molly) of Mound Valley, Jesse Ybarra (Peggy) of Altamont, Bessie Disch of Texas and Rosie Corle of Independence, Kansas..
