She was predeceased by: her parents, William Keener and Alta Pemberton Keener; her husband Donald Harvey; and her daughter Vicky Bates. She is survived by: her sister Beverly Krum (Bud); and her children, Ann Brumley (Ralph), Bill Oyer (Rhonda) and Debbie Raines (Tom). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren with one great great grandchild.
