He was predeceased by: his parents, Onnie Fay and Maxine Robertson (Hendrix); and his sisters, Sheri Tharp and Kimberly Rossi. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Shepherd; his daughters, Cathy Kinney (Brett), Heather Purvis and Angela Stark (Mark); his sisters, Karen Douglas and Debra Courtemanche; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Falicia, Josh, Justin, Alex, Amanda, Morgan, Emily and Taylor. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
