He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Slape and Katherine Alice Burton Slape; and his children, Clarence Dean Slape and Mary Ann Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Schroeder; his daughter Billie Jo Mann (Willie); and his sisters, Linda Goza (Bob) and Theresa Logan. He is also survived by four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
