It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ila Elliott (Mound City, Kansas), who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph C. Elliott; and her children, Randy Elliott and Martha Francis Rose. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Janel Rose.
