He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Samyn and Mary Loretta Soetaert Samyn; his grandson Kayden; and his brothers, Albert and Hubert.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Dale Samyn; his sister Joanna Graves (Rex Wilcox); and his grandsons, Ethan, Miles and Landyn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
