He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Winters and Mary Castlebury Winters; his wife Agnes Gunn; his daughter Lisa May; and his siblings, Jack Winters and Helen Reed.

He is survived by: his children, Andy Winters (Patty), Misty Natt (Willie) and Cecilia Gunn; his grandchildren, Dallas, Keyoun, Angel Natt, Ashley May, Kristy Winters, Natalie and Mandy Woodroof; and his great grandchildren, Hunter, A'Darrian, Cayden, Canon, Hayes and Kenlynn.
