He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Nation and Carol Johnson Nation; his daughter Leslie Nation; and his sister Janice Nation. He is survived by: his wife Tracie; his children, Brennan Simpson (Madie), Jill Nation and Hannah Nation; his sisters, Gina Clark (Brad) and Virginia Maring (Ron); his grandchildren, Claire and Hayes Simpson; his uncle L. D.; and his aunt Ruth Nation.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mound City Christian Church (418 W Spruce St, Mound City, KS 66056). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
