He is survived by: his daughters, Shelley Fair (Aaron) and Lindsay Bliss (Michael); his sister Mary Jane Hedtke; his grandchildren, Ashton, Ayla, Brooke and Kyle; his partner Stacy Maniak; his children, Phil Maniak, Cassie Smith (Jake) and Julene Maniak (Carlos); and his grandchildren, Kinley, Kendall and Kaylee.
