With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vickie Fay Downey of Moscow, Kansas, who passed away on November 28, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale L. Trahern and Betty Lou Snyder. She is survived by: her husband David A. Downey; her son Gabriel A. Downey Morgan (Jodi); her granddaughter Rowan; her son Jedediah E. Downey (Stephanie); her grandson Arlo; her daughter Sara Lou Downey (Brandon); and her siblings, Shelia Estes, Van Trahern, Alan Trahern (Debbie) and Jess Trahern.
