With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Winnie Faye Dunbar of Moran, Kansas, born in Rocky, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 30, 2024 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinis McBride and Effie McBride; her siblings, Arlena Mae Dunbar and Sammy Lee McBride; and her significant other Fred Wilson.
She is survived by: her brother Frank McBride (Aneata); her children, Darrel Wilson (Joanna) and Donna Wooten; her grandchildren, Jeff Wilson (Carrie), Andy Wilson (Ashley), Katy Wilson and Ty Gable (Lydia); and her great grandchildren, Lauryn Keaton, MaryAnn Morgan, Kyndell Wilson, Mariah Peasley, Baylor Reyna, Kaden Gibson, Freddy Gibson, River Gable and Chet Gable.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 11:20 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Moore's Eastlawn Chapel (1908 S Memorial Dr, Tulsa, OK 74112). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Floral Haven (6500 S 129th E Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012).
