She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Pamella Pugh (David), Bill Cook (Misty), Bob Cook (Ashley) and Bruce Cook (April); her stepfather Dale McVey; her brothers, Joe Petrosius, Rick Miller and David Miller (Duke); her grandchildren, Koby Pugh, Gage Adams, Justice Pugh, Ryan Pugh, Cadience Cook, Rodney Cook, Alayna Cook, Layla Cook, Robert Cook, Raiden Cook, Cooper Cook, Mason Cook, Kolby Cook, Harlie Cook and Raelyn Cook; and her great grandchildren, Asher Pugh, Elnora Pugh and Adams. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
