He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Cady and Thelma Cady (Wallgren); and his siblings, Claude Lee Cady and Colleen M. Hayes. He is survived by: his sons, Mitchell Cady (Amy) and Brad Cady; his stepdaughter MaRyiah Cavender; his former wife Tammy Barkdoll (Rick); his grandchildren, Courtney McKeating (Mike), Tyler Cady, Dairedee Burris, Johnathon Burris (Jayme), Alanis Stine and Rook Cavender; and his great grandchildren, Maverick McKeating, Archer McKeating, Kyleigh Burris, Garrett Burris, Elaina Burris and Ivy Kinder. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
