It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John McAdam (Moran, Kansas), born in Colony, Kansas, who passed away on August 20, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Mildred McAdam (Carnes). He is survived by: his former wife Mary Sue Rickerson; his wife Bonnie Hultz; his pet Lady; his children, Brian McAdam of Moran, Fred McAdam of Cedar Vale, Kansas, Stephanie McAdam of Cedar Vale and Marcy Gray; his stepdaughter Susanna Thyer (Jeff) of Pittsburg, Kansas; his grandchildren, Caleb Thyer, Casey (Lindsey Thyer), Calvin Thyer, Fred "Gus" McAdam, Jr., Clara Rae McAdam, Mason Gray, Memphis Gray, Madelyn Gray, Nathan McAdam (Shannon) and Jeremy McAdam (Kim); and his sisters, Beverly Franklin (Jack) of Iola and Carolyn Holloway of Bella Vista, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
