He is survived by: his wife Deanna Stearns of Moran, Kansas; his children, Don Stearns (Renee) of Elbert, Angie Stearns of Castle Rock, Les Stearns of Colorado Springs and Jamie Stearns-Tennis (Brian) of LaCygne, Kansas; and his siblings, Jim Stearns of Benedict, Nebraska and Janice Stearns-Tilly of Genoa, Nebraska.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
