David L. Ensminger Obituary
The memory of David L. Ensminger of Moran, Kansas, who passed away on February 6, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Ensminger and Alpha Ensminger (A. A.); his wife Vel; his daughter Lindi Ann Waldman; his siblings, Alden Ensminger, Francis Siefker (Sue) and Barbara Siefker; and his great grandchild Aevri Kuhn.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Boultinghouse (Alan) of Girard, Shelly Kuhn (Kim) of Chanute and Brian Ensminger of Joplin; his grandchildren, Trent Boultinghouse (Helen) of Overland Park, KS, Darcy Noren (Johan) of Springdale, AR, Kody Kuhn (Lauren) of Chanute, Megan Ensminger and Bryce Ensminger of Moran; and his great grandchildren, Gerard Boultinghouse of Overland Park, Kannon and Kase Kuhn.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carlyle Presbyterian Church (15 Covert Rd, Iola, KS 66749).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be sent to the Carlyle Presbyterian Church, 15 Covert Road, Iola, KS 66749 or Good Shepherd Hospice, 427 South Oak Street, Garnett, KS 66032.
