It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Wedel (Monument, Kansas), who passed away on March 16, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Wedel and Ruth Wedel; and his brother Ed Wedel. He is survived by: his wife Edie "Babe" Wedel; his children, Chuck Squires (Theresa) of Wichita, Tom Squires (Linda) of Oklahoma City and Pat Williams (Daryl) of Haven, KS; his siblings, Marv Wedel (Shirley) of Monument, KS, Roger Wedel of Midwest City, OK, Dee Fouquet (Sam) of Guymon, OK and Neva Peacock of Mission Hills, CA; his grandchildren, Amy C. Williams, Andrea Churchill (Travis), Michael Squires, Matthew Squires and Jennifer Ellis (Nicolas); and his great grandchildren, Bree and Noah.
