Vera Viola Jantz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2023, at the age of 99, Vera Viola Jantz of Montezuma, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Decker and Matilda Decker (Unruh); her husband Bill Jantz; her children, Gerald Jantz and Sharon Smith; and her siblings, Vernon, Raymond, Ardell, Irvin, Jr. and Vivian Decker Pokorny.

She is survived by: her son Ron Jantz (Cherie) of Wichita; her children-in-law, Quincy Smith of Ensign and Donna Jantz of Centennial, Colorado; her siblings, Dr. Don Decker of Halstead and Marlene Zusman of Wheat Ridge, Colorado; and her great great grandchild Marla Dense. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; two step-great grandchildren.
